Today I had my 1 year doctor's appointment! It was terrible!!!!!!!!! I had to get 3 shots(polio, flu and chicken pox) and a TB test-that was the worst! But now I weigh 22 lbs and 9 oz. and am 29 in. long!! Just below the 50th percentile so I am growing good. My doctor is happy with my progress...he says I will probably be walking on my own within a couple of months!

Oh I remember that one-year well baby exam with complete clarity.. all the shots and boo-hoo's. :(
But it's over and done with - and all is well!! So yay for that!
As for the walking - it creeps up on you before you know it.. then they're into everything!
Is that a sock in his mouth? Haha, love it. Man I didn't know the 1yr app is so rough, not a great way to celebrate the first bday :(
So sorry about the shots. I am not looking forward to it at all. But I am looking forward to seeing you tomorrow! :o)
Yeah, I have done good at all the shot appointments...but this one was hard to watch him...almost started crying!
